The Wellington Irish Society, established in 1939, has been the focal point for more than 80 years for the New Zealand Irish community in Wellington. The central aim of Wellington irish, as encapsulated in our Vision Statement, is to unify the Wellington Irish community through friendship and fun and maintain a legacy for future generations.
